Privacy notice
AdSight360 is in private development and open only to businesses we invite. This notice covers this website and the AdSight360 app as it works today. A full privacy policy replaces it before AdSight360 opens to the public.
1. Who we are
AdSight360 is provided by Ebou Njie, trading as AdSight360, in the United Kingdom ("AdSight360", "we", "us"). For the personal data described here we are the controller. Contact us about privacy at [email protected].
Where we handle personal data inside a business's advertising data on that business's behalf, the business is the controller and we act as its processor under our agreement with it.
2. This website
- The website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
- Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, receives technical information that every website visit sends (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks.
- If you email us, we keep your message and contact details in our email system (Google Workspace) for as long as we need them to reply and follow up.
3. The AdSight360 app
For people at the businesses we invite, we collect:
- Account details: full name, work email, organisation, role and settings, and when you last signed in.
- Sign-in and security records: sign-in times, IP address, browser and device type, and whether two-step sign-in is on.
- Advertising data you connect: campaign settings, performance figures, where ads appeared and the text of ads, from the ad accounts your business connects.
- Support and AI assistant conversations you choose to have with us in the app.
We use this to provide the service: to show performance, send alerts, check brand safety, check results against your own records, answer questions in the app, and, only when someone at your business approves it, make changes in your ad accounts. Our lawful bases are performing our contract with your business and our legitimate interest in running and securing the service.
4. Information we receive from Google
When your business connects a Google Ads account, or you sign in with Google, you choose to let AdSight360 access the following through Google's sign-in screen:
| What we access | What we use it for |
|---|---|
| Your name and email address (Google sign-in) | Signing you in to AdSight360 and identifying your account. |
| Google Ads account data: account and campaign structure, budgets, performance figures, placements where ads appeared, and ad text | Showing performance, sending alerts, brand-safety checks, and checking reported results against your own records. |
| Making changes in your Google Ads account | Only changes that someone at your business has approved in AdSight360, such as pausing an ad, capping a budget or excluding a placement. Each change is recorded and can be undone for 30 days. |
- We don't sell this data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except the service providers listed below that help us run AdSight360.
- We don't use it to train AI or machine-learning models that serve anyone other than your business. When you ask our in-app assistant a question, the relevant figures are sent to our AI provider only to answer it.
- People at AdSight360 don't read it, except with your permission, to provide support you've asked for, for security, or where the law requires.
- You can withdraw access at any time by disconnecting the account in AdSight360 settings or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
AdSight360's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Who helps us run AdSight360
These service providers process data for us under contract, only to provide their service:
- Supabase and Google Cloud: database, sign-in and hosting, in London.
- Windsor.ai: connects ad accounts and passes their data to us.
- Anthropic: the AI model behind the in-app assistant and drafted recommendations.
- Google Workspace: our email. Cloudflare: this website.
Where a provider handles data outside the UK, we rely on the UK's legal safeguards for international transfers.
6. How long we keep it
We keep account and advertising data while your business uses AdSight360. When a business cancels, its data is available for 30 days and then deleted. We keep records of changes made in ad accounts and of security events for longer where we need them to show what happened, to protect the service or to meet legal duties.
7. Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable form. Email [email protected]; we reply within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
8. Changes
We'll update this notice when the service changes and show the date at the top. If a change affects how we use data you've already given us, we'll tell your business first.
